As a mom of four, I understand how busy life can be and how hard it is to find a balance between taking care of my family and taking care of myself. Two months postpartum after our 4th child, I created and designed 30-minute workouts to lose my baby weight and maintain my sanity. As a former certified personal trainer, I understand how exercise improves your mood, memory and your learning, and helps you be strong for your family. As a woman, I understand how lonely and isolating parenting can be, and the importance of having a community of like minded moms.
